Pure mouth, skin and hair products for MCS
For those of you who have full on MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) or have various ingredient sensitivities as part of your ME/CFS symptoms (like most patients do) or just like extremely pure, natural products, I recommend the company "Uncle Harry’s" for creative mouth care, skin care and hair care products that are often ruthlessly pure and natural.

They make a lot of different mouth care products the simplest being a toothpaste alternative called tooth powder which is just calcium carbonate to give added friction to your toothbrush and help gently remove plaque along with a few other things: Calcium carbonate (natural chalk), sea salt, mustard seed powder, essential oils of peppermint, eucalyptus, clove, wintergreen, and oregano. https://www.uncleharrys.com/all-natural-tooth-powder And they make a version without the essential oils.
Lots of other goodies too. I can’t speak to the effectiveness of their products because I didn’t use them long enough before cutting them out as I got worse because I wanted to only use mainstream stuff that wasn’t likely to cause any problems. So I switched to Colgate (which was more likely to cause problems but I was going by a certain logic at the time). When I get better I’ll probably switch back to their various toothpaste alternatives. No more Sodium Laurel Sulfate for me.
